Famous Korean Cheese Corn Dog Recipe

I made a famous street food in Korea, corn dogs.
(In Korea, it is called a hot dog.)
There are a lot of different toppings, so I made three.
It’s really crispy and really tasty.
It’s not difficult to make, so make it with your family.

*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).

✤ Dough Ingredients

– 150g Bread flour (can be use plain flour)
– 50g Rice flour (you can substitute plain flour)
– 30g Sugar
– 4g Salt
– 4g Instant dry yeast
– 1(50g) Room temperature egg
– 100ml Warm water

✤ Ingredients

– 3 Sausages (12cm)
– Mozzarella cheese
– 5wooden skewers

✤ Toppings

– Bread crubms
– 1 potato (145g) + 1tbsp cornstarch (2 toppings)
– Half instant ramen noodle (3 toppings)
– Sugar
– ketchup
– Mustard


– If you are allergic to eggs, replace with water equal to the weight of the egg.
– If you add cheese, fry it quickly over medium heat as it may leak if you fry it for a long time.
– For a quick fermenting tip, soak the dough in a pot of warm water for 1 hour.
Change the cold water once in the middle.
