2 cups coconut or almond milk
2 tbsp cane sugar
ginger (approx 1 tbsp worth)
turmeric (approx 1 tbsp worth) or 1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cinnamon


1. Gently warm the milk and cane sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally
2. Peel the ginger and turmeric with a spoon and add those into the blender
3. When the milk is warm (not bubbling), add into the blender
4. Add the cinnamon, and blend on high
5. Enjoy!
