Japanese Cheesecake Recipe

Today you’ll learn how to make Japanese Cheesecake Recipe – By Chef Hafsa

you’ll need following ingredients to make this recipe

4 egg yolks
160g cream cheese
20g butter
1 tbsp vanilla essence
40g flour
50g milk

4 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 tsp white vinegar
100g sugar

Bake it at 160C for 20 min then reduce temp to 110C and bake it for 60 min
